A few words from the photographer -

For as long as I can remember there have always been pets in my life, not just dogs and cats but birds, fish, turtles, rabbits and even rats. I loved them all.

Following in my dads footsteps, I have always had a camera in my hands, photographing everything!

I really got serious about photography nine years ago when my son started playing ice hockey. I photographed every game, practice and clinic I could. If you know ice hockey, you know that it is one of the most difficult sports to photograph.

The idea for my Pet Photography business started in January of 2006 when I lost my blue Merle Great Dane to cancer. His name was Mason. All I had to remember him by was an ordinary snapshot and his collar. How I wished I had a professional portrait done of his beautiful sweet face.

So Thank you Mason for coming into my life, even if it was for a short six years. And Thank you Pop for teaching me the art of photography. A gift that will last a lifetime.
